On 1.10.2023, the management of Kotte Landtechnik GmbH & Co. KG will be expanded. In addition to the current managing director and sole (family) shareholder Dr. Stefan Kotte, Dr. Hendrik Schuchardt will join the company as a further managing director and shareholder. With this step, the company is strategically preparing itself for the diverse current and future challenges. The expansion is intended to continue the company's successful course to date and to further develop the family business with sustainable structures. The company's growth strategy will focus on internationalisation, digitalisation, machine connectivity and the application of AI in the field of liquid slurry tankers. His many years of international experience as well as his industry knowledge in agricultural technology are very valuable for our company. About Dr Hendrik Schuchardt:
- Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family in the western Münsterland region, Dr. Hendrik Schuchardt brings with him several years of commercial professional experience and has already held various management positions in the agricultural machinery industry.
- International education with various stations at home and abroad. Graduated from the Technical University of Munich in Management and Technology (TUM-BWL).
- Started his career and worked for several years at an international auditing and consulting company while completing his doctorate in business administration.
- Joined the agricultural machinery industry on 1.1.2017 at KRONE. Initially as assistant to the Executive Board of Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co KG.
- Most recently as CFO of KRONE NA, Inc responsible for the commercial area (finance, IT, project management) as well as the strategic and conceptual further development of KRONE in North America.
