How it works
On our pump tank trucks with lobe pump, the pump is mounted beneath the filling level of the pump boxes. This position ensures maximum efficiency: It guarantees consistently high suction performance, while simultaneously preventing the pump from running dry.
The suction effect of the lobe pump is generated by a pair of pistons steadily rotating inside the pump. The slurry flows into the tank through a pressure pipe mounted on top of the tank. This pressure pipe is laid in flow-optimised manner, such that the pump performance is used to its optimum extent. A float in the back panel of the tank reliably measures the filling level and activates an automatic shut-off system as soon as the maximum filling degree is reached.
A pump sump and an "upright" suction pipe in the tank ensure that the barrel is completely and optimally emptied during discharge. Three-way valves make it is easy to comfortably switch between the functions of "filling", "discharging" and "agitating".

Whether top or bottom hitching, with or without drawbar suspension – we have the right hitch for every tractor and every system. To make your work even more efficient, we adapt the hitch of your slurry tanker individually to the existing tractor and to the permissible drawbar load.

Our containers are manufactured in a special low-profile design and thus offer you optimum driving comfort – both on the road and in the field.
Every garant container offers reliable corrosion protection. You can choose between galvanising or a special internal coating in combination with a coloured exterior paint.
Tyres are not just tyres
Tyre type, tread and size must be perfectly adapted to the usage. We have the right tyre for all operating conditions and any type of soil available. We exclusively rely on renowned manufacturers such as Vredestein or Trelleborg.

Move large quantities
Lobe pumps achieve a suction performance of 4,000 up to 14,000 litres per minute. Furthermore, the lobe pump enables particularly consistent and homogeneous slurry discharge.
Finally, these pumps are very user-friendly in terms of service and repair work. We have lobe pumps from Vogelsang and Jurop available for you.

In order to ensure a high degree of reliability, we exclusively use original BPW axle assemblies. All BPW chassis are individually adapted to your vehicle to guarantee optimum driving safety. In doing so, we take the gross vehicle weight rating, the tyres and the application into consideration.

Exact control without delay
Pump tank trucks equipped with lobe pumps can be perfectly controlled by means of an on-board hydraulic system. This system powers the lobe pump via a separate power unit, thus making it independent of the rpm of the tractor's p.t.o. shaft.
An rpm sensor at the pump measures the flow rate, which enables you to continuously control the desired discharge and nutrient quantity without delay.
Easy control of discharge quantities
The discharge quantity can be controlled by means of a bypass independently of the pump rpm. For this purpose, a part of the slurry flowing through is returned to the tank. The setting is carried out by means of a hand lever or a slide with spindle motor.
In combination with an active flow rate sensor, a bypass also enables automatic quantity control.
Exactly determine quantities
An inductive flow rate sensor continuously determines the quantity of discharged slurry within a measuring range between 0.5 and 12 cubic metres per minute.
The current quantity (m³/ha) is calculated on the basis of the recorded travelling speed in combination with the saved operating width of the application technology. You can read off the current value from a digital display at any time. The discharge quantity can also be actively controlled on request.

Tongue load in all situations
Our two-chamber system helps you to optimise the tongue load of the tractor, particularly on slopes. The principle is simple and smart: The interior of the slurry tanker is divided into two chambers. Due to closing the first chamber, there is more slurry in the front chamber than in the rear one during discharge. This means that the tractor still has sufficient tongue load, particularly when travelling uphill.
Working three times more efficiently
Lower the tyre pressure on the field, increase the ground contact area and thus reduce the pressure exerted on the ground. On the other hand, use a higher tyre pressure on the road to reduce the rolling resistance, thus achieving a considerable decrease of the diesel consumption. Moreover, tyre wear is also reduced.

Prevent clogging and protect equipment
A cutting unit with stone catch box prevents the pump, the conduits and the application technology from being damaged by foreign objects. Furthermore, the slurry becomes considerably more flowable, such that clogging in the distributor head of the application technology is largely prevented.
You can manually set the optimum cutting power of the cutting unit or have it controlled automatically.
More working comfort and easy maintenance
On lobe pumps with a capacity of up to 10,000 litres, working comfort and ease of maintenance of the pump are significantly increased with our TopFlow system.
Due to the revised pipe routing, the lobe pump can be easily accessed from the side. Service work can be carried out more conveniently and with considerably less effort.
Furthermore, the optimised slurry flow increases the service life of the lobe pump and improves performance.
Maximum benefit from performance
On lobe pumps with a capacity from 10,000 litres, one cutting unit device with stone catch box limits the performance potential of the pump.
Therefore, we equip our garant TwinFlow system with two cutting unit devices with two suction and pressure pipes each. Due to this doubling, you can benefit from the full performance potential of the lobe pump of up to 14,000 litres per minute.
Another advantage is the position of the pump, which makes service work easy.
