New disc injectors for professional use

The direct incorporation of liquid manure is becoming increasingly important against the background of the requirements of the amended fertiliser ordinance and the best possible utilisation of nutrients. In order to be able to offer a powerful solution for the professional sector, the manure technology manufacturer from Lower Saxony now relies on disc injectors from TBL Techniek.

TBL Techniek, based in Lettele in the Netherlands, has been active in the manufacture and development of machinery for agriculture for over 30 years and is a long-standing specialist in the field of slurry injectors.

The TBL slurry injector is available in working widths of 9 m, 9.75 m, 12 m and 15 m. Due to the innovative scissor construction, the TBL slurry injector has a low dead weight and a long durability. Optimum contour adaptation can be achieved by individually suspending the discs. A unique feature is the SectionControl function of the disc sections: In addition to the hose shut-off, a maximum of three disc sections per side are also raised, so that the soil is not worked without slurry being applied.

The disc spacing is 18.75 cm and the disc diameter is 400 mm, whereby single or double discs are possible. In addition, the TBL slurry injector is equipped with a central lubrication system as standard.

"We are very pleased about the cooperation with TBL. With the professional disc injectors from TBL, we round off our product range in the area of incorporation technology and offer powerful and robust technology that has proven itself in the Netherlands," says Dr Stefan Kotte (Managing Director Kotte Landtechnik). Paul te Boekhorst from TBL: "The cooperation with Kotte enables us to enter the market in Germany with many professional distribution partners and creates new potentials."
