Nutrient-based spreading with John Deere HarvestLabTM 3000

Connection to SmartControl V2 and GO CONTROL ISO

garant slurry technology can now be equipped with the John Deere HarvestLabTM 3000 NIR sensor. With the NIR sensor, the nutrients contained in the slurry such as nitrogen (N), phosphate (P2O5) and potash (K2O) can be applied precisely in kg/ha based on a specified target value (e.g. nitrogen) and limit value (e.g. phosphorus). The system has already been officially certified by the German Agricultural Society (DLG) for its outstanding accuracy in determining the ingredients in pig and cattle slurry and in liquid digestate, and the nutrient analysis can be carried out both during the filling process and during spreading.
The nutrient maps are then available in the Operations Centre.

The integration of the HarvestLab 3000TM requires SmartControl V2 or the ISOBUS control system GO CONTROL ISO. It is also possible to retrofit vehicles with the appropriate control system and adequate pump technology.
