Kotte expands its product range in the field of lifting gears
Given considerably tightened incorporation rules of the fertiliser regulations, the incorporation of slurry is gaining more and more importance. In order to optimally meet the requirements of heavy incorporation technology, Kotte has, in cooperation with the Walterscheid company, developed a new oscillating lifting gear.
The lower links of the new four-point linkage HD are float-mounted in working position, such that the forces acting on the slurry tanker are significantly reduced. In transport position, the lower links are automatically fixed by mechanical lateral stabilisers, which considerably increases the driving stability. Hydraulic lateral stabilisers can also be used on request.
In combination with the garant GoControl ISO control system, the lifting gear management system BASIC or ADVANCED can be selected. Thus, it is e.g. easy to set the pressure (relieve or press) or also the lowering speed of the lifting gear.
With a maximum towing capacity of 4 tons and a lifting power of 8 tons, the new lifting gear is not only particularly suitable for heaviest incorporation technology, but also for other higher-quality application technologies such as drip hose booms or trailing shoe distributors of high operating widths.
