Cooperation of Kotte and Vervaet

Strategic cooperation in the field of self-propelled slurry tankers

The Kotte and Frans Vervaet companies have agreed on a strategic cooperation in the field of self-propelled slurry tankers. The two family-owned businesses pool their expertise in the sales sector. Kotte will exclusively take over sales activities for self-propelled slurry tankers in Germany and some East European countries beyond the existing sales networks.

The family-owned Vervaet business run by the third generation has been manufacturing self-propelled tankers for efficient slurry discharge since the beginning of the nineteen-nineties. Vervaet has achieved a leading market position in Europe in the field of self-propelled slurry tankers. With their Hydro Trike (3-wheel machine) and their Hydro Trike XL (5-wheel machine), they have been providing self-propelled machines of highest quality standard and innovation level for years. They manufacture a total of up to 100 self-propelled machines a year.

Kotte Landtechnik has been manufacturing slurry tankers under the brand name of garant since 1967. They have achieved a market-leading position in Germany due to innovative and high-quality products, a wide product range as well as long-term sales partnerships and a high advisory and service level.

Jonathan Hoekman from Vervaet: "The cooperation with Kotte will help us to offer our well-proven technology via an extensive network of sales and service partners all over Germany." Dr. Stefan Kotte: "As a long-term manufacturer of self-propelled slurry tankers, Vervaet is very experienced and offers self-propelled technology of highest quality standard. We are sure that we will succeed in convincing many customers, particularly contractors, in Germany of the excellent technology.
