The ProfiBoost direct-drive centrifugal pump is self-priming thanks to its innovative pipework configuration. This means that no additional components are required for the filling process. Furthermore, this centrifugal pump is capable of delivering maximum flow rates of up to 16 m³/min.
The advantage: fewer technical components and only a small number of moving wear parts ensure low maintenance requirements and keep wear to a minimum.

Self-priming. Powerful. Less technology.
The direct-drive centrifugal pump is mounted at the front of the tank. A specially designed pipework layout utilises the residual liquid remaining in the system to generate the necessary vacuum in the suction lines. This is how ProfiBoost operates as a self-priming system – without the need for an additional positive displacement pump or a compressor. Fewer technical components and only a small number of moving wear parts make the system particularly resistant to wear.
The closed suction system allows filling even on slopes. When applying the product, the full tank volume can be utilised even when driving uphill, thanks to the optional slope emptying function.
The application quantity is controlled independently of the driving speed and can be continuously adjusted to suit the specific requirements. Application maps and modern nutrient sensors can be integrated directly into the application process.
The advanced ProfiBoost system can be supplemented with numerous application techniques, such as dribble hose and drag shoe systems up to 36 m, as well as direct incorporation technology.

The right type of coupling is key to ensuring a high level of driving comfort and a smooth ride. The ProfiBoost comes as standard with a bottom hitch, including a sprung drawbar for the K80 ball, and is therefore designed for use on both roads and in fields.

The ProfiBoost utilises a new generation of tanks, designed to meet the requirements of the series. Various tank sizes are available for the tandem and tridem versions.

High-quality radial tyres
ProfiBoost uses only high-quality radial tyres that are tailored to the requirements of the series. Modern VF (Very High Flexion) technology is available as an option. It enables a high load-carrying capacity at reduced tyre pressure, thereby supporting gentle power transmission and high traction.

Greater stability on the road and in the field
For greater stability in the field and on the road, the ProfiBoost features a newly developed chassis design. The suspension is available in either a pneumatic or hydraulic configuration. Hydraulic forced steering is fitted as standard, whilst the ESS 2.0 electro-hydraulic forced steering system is available as an option.

The heart of ProfiBoost
The ProfiBoost’s centrifugal pump technology combines maximum output and precise control with a simpler design. Thanks to the specially routed pipework system, the ProfiBoost pump system operates in a self-priming manner during filling. This means that no additional positive displacement pump or compressor is required. With only a few moving parts subject to wear, maintenance requirements are minimal and wear is kept to a very low level.

Drive smart and save fuel
Steering axles improve manoeuvrability and directional stability, which significantly reduces tyre wear and the strain on the entire chassis. A steering axle also helps you save fuel, as the slurry tanker becomes much easier to pull. Reduced scuffing also helps to protect the soil and the turf.

Exactly determine quantities
An inductive flow meter continuously measures the volume of slurry being applied. The current application quantity (m³/ha) is calculated from the recorded travel speed in conjunction with the operating width of the application equipment stored in the system. You can view the current value at any time on the cylinder control panel. If required, the application quantity can be controlled automatically.

Eine Dosieranlage für Nitrifikationshemmer bietet zahlreiche Vorteile. Dank des Vorratstanks müssen Sie nicht ständig nachtanken. Zudem können Sie die Soll-Menge pro Hektar exakt dosieren – und zwar weitgehend automatisch.
Tongue load in all situations
Our two-chamber system helps you to optimise the tongue load of the tractor, particularly on slopes. The principle is simple and smart: The interior of the slurry tanker is divided into two chambers. Due to closing the first chamber, there is more slurry in the front chamber than in the rear one during discharge. This means that the tractor still has sufficient tongue load, particularly when travelling uphill.
Working three times more efficiently
Lower the tyre pressure on the field, increase the ground contact area and thus reduce the pressure exerted on the ground. On the other hand, use a higher tyre pressure on the road to reduce the rolling resistance, thus achieving a considerable decrease of the diesel consumption. Moreover, tyre wear is also reduced.

Versatile for a range of attachments
Depending on the attachment technique used, various three-point hitch solutions are available for the ProfiBoost. It is also possible to fit the skid-type linkage permanently without a three-point hitch.

Convenient and flexible filling
To make full use of the ProfiBoost’s suction performance, a range of loading arm and suction crane solutions with pipe diameters up to DN 250 are also available. The appropriate solution can be selected depending on the application requirements:
