Customer service has been an integral part of Kotte Landtechnik's range of services for many years and is an important factor in providing reliable customer support. Especially during the intensive use of slurry technology, short response times, well-coordinated processes and a high level of technical expertise are essential.

The customer service team consists of qualified service employees with extensive practical experience in the field of slurry technology. Clear responsibilities, close communication within the team and good organisational structure ensure that service requests can be processed efficiently, especially during the current season.

Otto Uhlenkamp has been in charge of customer service since 1 January 2026. He has been with the company for many years, completed his training at Kotte Landtechnik and subsequently also obtained his master's certificate at the company.
